Yes, you must be registered and verified to view our gemstone catalogue and place an order. This ensures that we can provide a personalized service and maintain the integrity of our customer interactions. To register, visit our website and complete the registration process. Once your account is verified, you will gain full access to our catalogue and available products.

Once you place your order, it takes two days to process and clear with the government. After this, the order is handed over to FedEx or your preferred method of shipment.

Yes, we charge a $60 non-refundable fee per shipment. However, orders that exceed $3500 qualify for free shipping. 

If you are not satisfied with your gemstone purchase, you can return it within eight days of the ship date. The gemstone must be in the same condition as when you received it. Note that the $60 shipping fee is non-refundable.
